St. John in the Wilderness is an Episcopal Church, which provides a full sacramental life and worship in a beautiful country setting.  Our mission is to remain strong in our roots in these changing times, and offer the word of God to all.

Mission

St. Bridget's is a Roman Catholic Parish of the diocese of Albany in full communion with His Holiness, Pope Benedict XVI under the ecclesiastical jurisdiction of the Most Rev. Howard J. Hubbard, Bishop of Albany.  It is the mission of this church to further the "Good News" of our Lord Jesus Christ and the Kingdom of God by service to the community of the Roe-Jan area and beyond.   St. Bridget's endeavors to fulfill this mission through works of prayer and worship, faith formation, and Christian services and responsible stewardship.
